The City of Malvern has taken over responsibility for utility billing beginning June 20, 2023. Utility payments can be dropped off at City Hall, mailed to City of Malvern, PO Box 550, Malvern, IA 51551, or made through FrontDesk, the City’s online payment portal. Residents can sign up of automatic or one time payments using the link below or by stopping at City Hall.
