City Council Agenda Item Information

  • Cut off day is one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled meeting (typically Monday for regular meetings).
  • Agenda item to be submitted to the City Clerk at City Hall.
  • Must include information in writing in regards to the topic to be discussed no later than the approved cut off day.
  • All agenda items will be reviewed by the Mayor.
  • Any item after the cut off day must be approved by the Mayor.

City Council meetings are held the second Monday and last Tuesday of the month at City Hall at 7 p.m.

Any schedule changes will be published in the “At A Glance” section of the Malvern Leader and the Malvernia.com website.
